The Nursery is open for 51 weeks of the year. The Nursery is closed for one week over the Christmas/New Year period, all statutory bank holidays and four days training, which are held in August, dates to be advised.

Fees are payable at the full rate for all periods of absence, including holidays and sickness.

One months' notice is required by either party to terminate a child’s place in the Nursery, or one months' fees in lieu of notice.

In the event of a child/children not taking a Nursery place after the holding deposit has been paid for, the start date agreed, or the settling procedure has commenced, the Holding Deposit will be used as notice for a four week period of payment for the child/children's place.

Should you increase your child/children’s days or if there is a fee increase you will be required to pay a top-up of your Holding Deposit in order for your Holding Deposit to be in-line with your payable monthly fees.

In the event of altering the days of attendance at Nursery, 1 month's notice must be given.  If notice is given on the 15th of the month to reduce or increase days, this will be altered on the register from the following full month.

For example, if notice were given on 15th June, the notice of this would be until 15th July, however the change would come into effect from 1st August, availability permitting.

We will do our best to accommodate all changes.  Please note that they are subject to availability, staff / children ratio and requests already made on the waiting list.

(Refer to Policies and Procedures)

In the event that a place at the Nursery is no longer required, before the child has commenced at Pitta Patta, 1 week’s cancellation fee will be charged on the account.

Fees are reduced following the child's 3rd birthday, and will come into effect the first full month following the birthday.  For example, if your child/children’s birthday falls in the month of January their fees will be reduced the following month, being February.

Fees are payable 1 month in advance plus 1 month refundable Holding Deposit, payable by BACS, Card Payment, Cheque or Standing Order that must clear our accounts by the 1st day of each month, we ask parents to set up standing orders to leave their accounts by the 26th of each month to ensure clearance.
